By accessing and using EduEscape's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
EduEscape provides education consultancy services to help Pakistani students pursue master's degrees in Europe. Our services include but are not limited to: career counselling, university selection, course guidance, admission assistance, visa support, and post-arrival support.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Submit all required documents in a timely manner
- Follow guidance and instructions provided by our counsellors
- Pay applicable service fees as agreed
- Notify us of any changes to your circumstances
4. Service Fees and Payment
Service fees will be communicated to you before the commencement of services. Payment terms and schedules will be agreed upon in writing. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
5. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa
While we provide expert guidance and support, we cannot guarantee university admission or visa approval. Final decisions rest with universities and visa authorities. We commit to providing our best efforts to maximize your chances of success.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided by EduEscape, including but not limited to guides, checklists, and educational materials, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of EduEscape.
7. Limitation of Liability
EduEscape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
